Services we provide include:
- Peer support specialists/community health workers to navigate systems
- Peer-led groups for social connection and healthy engagement, including support for families with loved ones who struggle with addiction
- Linkages to care (substance use, mental health, medical)
- Financial assistance for transitional housing for reentry and recovery clients
- Work shoes and clothing for reentry and recovery clients
- Driver's license restoration, ID, and SS card replacement assistance
- Care bags with hygiene, basic first aid, and cold weather supplies
- Coats and emergency blankets for people experiencing homelessness
- Mobile Harm Reduction Team provides free services including: syringe services program, Narcan distribution, minor wound care, HIV/HEP testing, and other screenings
- Onsite workplace prevention, recovery, and wellness supports for employees at no cost to employer
- Access to free Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for uninsured or underinsured Rutherford County residents
- Community Healing, Recovery, and Thriving (HRT Center) Center at 648 Withrow Rd, Forest City. Open 6 days a week. Walk-ins welcome. Peer support services, recovery and support groups, and social activities.
