On-the-Job Training (OJT) Grants for Employers Impacted by Hurricane Helene
On-the-Job Training (OJT) Grants for Employers Impacted by Hurricane Helene
In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we understand that many businesses are facing challenges in rebuilding and restoring operations. To support local employers, On-the-Job Training (OJT) grants are available to help cover the cost of hiring and training new employees during this recovery period.
These grants provide financial assistance by reimbursing a portion of wages for eligible new hires while they receive hands-on training, helping businesses rebuild their workforce without bearing the full financial burden.
Benefits of OJT Grants
- Wage reimbursement for newly hired employees during training
- Support for both small and large businesses affected by the hurricane
- Assistance in rebuilding a skilled workforce
