About

CIT is a training center to prepare workers moving to a cross-cultural location to be more effective. Families, couples, and singles come from all over the country to receive this training. Participants are trained in how to live and thrive in a new culture and how to learn a new language.


A Debrief Retreat is also offered to those coming back to the US either temporarily or permanently, to assist in making a healthy transition and to provide guidance in processing their experiences in a positive way.
