Healthcare Customer Care Specialist

Be the person who helps someone find their next step. When a member, provider, or healthcare staff member calls with a question, you’ll listen, find the right information, and help them move forward with confidence. If you’re patient, comfortable using a computer, and enjoy solving problems, we’ll teach you the healthcare side.

What you’ll do

Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and healthcare staff.

Help with questions about benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims.

Use training materials and job aids to find accurate answers.

Take ownership of each question and explain the next step clearly.

Work with your team and supervisor when an issue needs more support.

What you’ll bring

A high school diploma or GED.

Basic computer skills and the ability to work across multiple screens.

A calm, helpful approach, even when someone is frustrated.

Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn.

Ability to complete a background check.

Healthcare experience is welcome, but it isn’t required.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, in-office role. Must have weekend and evening availability.
